Executive Stress Coach is a business name of Psych You Should Know Pty Ltd. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company. We provide executive coaching, business consulting and related services.
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can access or correct it. It applies to executivestresscoach.com.au and to the services we deliver.
What we collect
We only collect information that we need in order to work with you or respond to you. Depending on how you engage with us, that may include:
Your name and email address
Your phone number (optional)
Your job title and employer (optional)
Information you provide when booking a call or completing an enquiry form
Information you share during calls, sessions or correspondence
Responses to any assessment or questionnaire you choose to complete
Billing details necessary to process payment
Technical information about your visit to our website, such as pages viewed and general location, collected through analytics
We do not collect health information. Where our services involve any activity with physical considerations, we ask participants to acknowledge the risks and to satisfy themselves, or consult their own doctor, as to their suitability. We do not ask you to disclose medical conditions to us and we do not keep records of them.
How we collect it
Most information is collected directly from you: through our website forms, when you book a call, by email, or in the course of working together. Some technical information is collected automatically when you visit the site.

Confidentiality of coaching conversations
Coaching conversations are treated as confidential. We do not disclose the content of your sessions to anyone, including a sponsoring employer where one is paying for the engagement, except where we have agreed that with you in advance, where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm. Where an employer or third party is funding your coaching, what will and will not be reported back is agreed at the outset.
Who we share it with
We use trusted third-party services to run our business. Information may be handled by:
Acuity Scheduling and Calendly (booking and scheduling)
Tally (forms)
Stripe (payment processing)
Google Workspace (email, documents and file storage)
Framer (website hosting)
Google and LinkedIn (advertising and analytics)
These providers only receive what they need to perform their function. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to anyone else except where you have consented or where the law requires it.
Overseas disclosure
Some of the providers listed above store data outside Australia, including in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient handles your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Storage and security
Your information is stored securely. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or for as long as the law requires, and then take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
Access and correction
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date. Email support@blakeexecutivecoaching.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. There is no charge for making a request.

Complaints
