Psychedelic Medicine Guidance

Navigate the landscape of legal psychedelic retreats with clarity and confidence.

Coaching for senior leaders carrying the full weight of the role.

Executive-level decision consultation

The psychedelic renaissance is real.

Research from Johns Hopkins, Imperial College, and NYU has demonstrated remarkable potential for psilocybin, MDMA, and other compounds in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, and existential distress.

For leaders seeking these experiences, the question quickly becomes: where can this be done legally, safely, and professionally?

The answer isn't simple. Jurisdictions vary. Quality varies enormously. And finding reliable information, especially information that feels relevant to your life and career, is challenging.

That's where we come in. Guidance from coaches with business, psychology and medical backgrounds who've been to the various locations, experienced the retreats, and come back to share the intel.

In a study published by researchers at Johns Hopkins University in 2006, about two-thirds of the participants rated their psilocybin experience as among the top five most meaningful experiences of their lives.

In a follow-up study published in 2011, they reported that up to a year after receiving psilocybin, 94% of participants who received the drug said the experiment was one of the top five most meaningful experiences of their lives, and 39% said it was the single most meaningful experience.

These are real business challenges that need real experience to work through. But they also carry a cumulative cost — the chronic stress, the decision fatigue, the shorter fuse, the sense that you're running on empty. And that side needs a different kind of expertise entirely.

Leadership & influence

Struggling to lead with the clarity and authority that used to come naturally. Managing up, managing down, and running out of bandwidth for both.

Delegation & control

Knowing you should let go. Not trusting that it'll be done right. Carrying work that shouldn't be yours anymore.

Operational Complexity

Scaling, restructuring, navigating competing priorities. The feeling that the business has outgrown the systems — or that you're holding it together by force of will.

Strategic Pressure

Growth targets, board expectations, market shifts. The cognitive load of holding the whole picture while everyone else only sees their part.

Decision overload

Too many high-stakes calls, too little certainty. The cumulative weight of decisions that never stop and can't be delegated.

Team & people dynamics

Difficult conversations you keep deferring. A team that needs more than you've got to give. The isolation of being the one everyone looks to.

Role transition

Stepping into a bigger role, a new board, a different level of exposure. The demands have changed and the old playbook doesn't work anymore.

Stakeholder management

Navigating investors, boards, partners, and egos. The political complexity that no one prepares you for and no one sees you handling.

Two decades of executive and coaching experience.

A Master's in Psychology.

Both working for you.

The business challenges are real. So is the toll they're taking.

Most coaches are qualified to address one or the other. I'm equipped to work through both.

Working through the business challenges

Leadership complexity, delegation, team dynamics, strategic decisions, stakeholder management, operational pressure. I've navigated all of it. I don't coach these from theory. I work through them with you as someone who's sat in the same chair and made the same calls.

Addressing what the pressure has done to you

The chronic stress that's built up over years of sustained load doesn't resolve through conversation or strategy. It lives in your nervous system — and it needs to be addressed there. With a Master's in Psychology and training in somatic and breathwork techniques, I work with the physiological toll — restoring the clarity, steadiness, and capacity that sustained pressure erodes.

This is the difference. We work on the business challenges with executive-level thinking - and we address the accumulated cost of those challenges with psychology-informed, nervous system-level interventions.

Cause and effect. Both handled.

You don't have to choose between a coach who understands the business and one who understands what it's doing to you.

Working with us is easy

Step 1

Discover

A confidential conversation to understand your goals, concerns, and context. We'll discuss whether this path makes sense for you.

Step 2

'Education' Coaching Session

Based on your situation, I'll help you identify which jurisdictions, formats and possible providers might be appropriate to consider. I'll share approaches for evaluating specific programs, what to look for, what to ask, and what should concern you.

Step 3

'Set & Setting' Coaching Session

“Set and setting” refers to your mindset and the environment in which you participate during a psychedelic experience. These have been found to be two of the strongest predictors of whether a psychedelic experience is constructive. We assist with careful preparation, emotional readiness, and identifying a safe, well-held physical and interpersonal setting, dramatically increasing the likelihood of insight, safety, and lasting positive outcomes.

Step 4

Integration Coaching

Translate insights from the journey into practical, grounded changes - helping you make sense of what emerged, stabilise the learning, and convert it into clear decisions and sustainable behaviour shifts in your leadership and life.

Most coaches work through a single lens. A business background, and they'll help you with strategy and leadership.

Or a psychology background, and they'll help you with what's happening internally.

I bring both — because these two things aren't separate. They feed each other.
