The Transform Program takes a comprehensive and holistic approach to transformational change. It includes pre- and post-coaching built around a two or three-day transformational retreat.

Our intensive retreats are based on the latest psychological and evidence-based approaches to creating lasting change. This is done through the application of processes which access what are known as transformational or ‘non-ordinary’ states of consciousness.

In our Australian practice, we primarily focus on Breathwork to achieve such a state. We also provide curated opportunities to experience psychedelic medicine–induced non-ordinary states in appropriate legal/decriminalised jurisdictions overseas.
